To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Listing Rules for Landlords

If you post a listing on Pinoy Room Finder, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about the property
• Only list properties you own or have legal authority to rent
• Comply with all applicable fair housing laws and anti-discrimination regulations
• Not post duplicate, fraudulent, or misleading listings
• Update or remove listings when a room is no longer available
• Listings automatically expire after 60 days and must be renewed to remain active

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service
• Discriminate against users based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users without consent

6. Free Service

Pinoy Room Finder is currently offered as a free service. Posting listings, searching for rooms, and messaging are all provided at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, and will provide reasonable notice to users before doing so.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Pinoy Room Finder does not verify the accuracy of listings, the identity of users, or the condition of properties. We are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or disputes between landlords and tenants. Always exercise due diligence before entering into any rental agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinoy Room Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to rental disputes, property damage, personal injury, or financial loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the community or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
